Equipment verifies what we already know or at least suspect. Evidence also keeps us from thinking we are all completely insane. Equipment provides evidence and evidence is our drug my friends. We clamor into haunted hotels and walk cold cemeteries for that one more taste. There is nothing more exhilarating and exciting than paranormal investigating.
Clear EVP’s, shadow people and Orbs are all visual evidence of what we are feeling and seeing. Be careful when using devices. Too much electronic chatter can divert you from true communication. We believe it to be an art and a skill that can be finely tuned and practiced by anyone.
Our ghost equipment obsession started many years ago with an SB7 Spirit box and a portable speaker. Every birthday and every Christmas became another chance to add to our toolbox. Some become favorites. Others are rare novelties like our fully functioning Ghostark. Yes, THAT Ghostark. But you don’t have to be hyper-obsessed with technology to participate. The recorder on your iPhone does beautifully in any environment. The apps are ok. We don’t hate them. We watched John Zaffis use an app at The Haunted Tahoe Biltmore Para-retreat that got unbelievable responses. But we personally prefer more mechanical devices.

We focus on the history and restoration efforts of our travel venues. We always open and close with a prayer and ask spirits for their permission before entering a location. We never provoke entities and team up with those who share our philosophies. I like to tell people, we are more ‘Grandma’s Ghost’ than Demons and Devils.
